CSP Partner Jeremy Gomm has been working with Katharine St John-Brooks to produce a series of podcasts for the EMCC on Internal Coaching Supervision (‘internal’ meaning the coachee is employed within the same organisation as the coach).
This has been an area of interest for both of them for some years; and to enrich their understanding, they invited a different special guest contributor to each podcast.
The result was a very successful series; so successful that the EMCC invited them to record a second series to be broadcast in 2024.
In the meantime, Jeremy has written a guest blog post on the EMCC site, here, reflecting on his learning from the whole process; he touches on ethical dilemmas, organisational themes, coaching’s role in enhancing diversity and inclusion.
